The Mission of CICT is to promote high-quality, patient-centered, clinical and technical decision-making in the field of Interventional Cardiovascular Medicine. CICT will accomplish its mission by creating a forum where experts in cardiac and vascular interventions share their experiences with an audience of their peers through interactive complex case presentations. This forum will encourage open and critical discussion of the material presented, as well as relevant “standards of care.” The overriding goal of this meeting is to emphasize the role of critical thinking and clinical judgment in transferring knowledge from the evidence-based medicine repertoire to the bedside.
