Endovascular Management of Post CABG Angina Pectoris

The patient was a 63-year-old male complaining of exertional chest pain. He had a coronary artery bypass surgery three years ago. He started to develop typical anginal pain on effort three months before appearing. Stress thallium perfusion imaging revealed perfusion defect after exercise at the territory of the left anterior descending coronary artery.
