Temporary Cava Filter Embolization and Permanent Cava Filter Migration in Patient with Deep Vein Thrombosis during Pregnancy

The patient was a 28-year-old female with a weight of 65 kg. She was 34 weeks into her second pregnancy. In December 2010, the patient appeared at the clinic with symptoms of pain, cyanosis, and edema of the left lower extremity, which disturbed the patient for 14 days. Symptoms of tachycardia, shortness of breath had begun to disturb the patient 5 days prior. During duplex ultrasound, hyperechogenic floating thrombus of the left vena femoralis communis was diagnosed. Echocardiography showed pulmonary hypertension (Stage II) and dilatation of right part of heart.
