Superficial Femoral Artery Total Occlusion, Using Different Tactics for Crossing the Occlusion
The patient was a 52-year-old male, known to be diabetic, hypertensive, dyslipidemic, and a chronic heavy smoker. He started to develop a life-limiting claudication pain in his right calf muscle a month before admission. He suffered a claudication pain for a distance less than 100 meters.
