A 75-year-old male was referred from his family physician for a pulsating mass of his left middle thigh (Video 1). The patient was known for abdominal aortic aneurysm (5.2 cm in size) and had undergone femoropopliteal bypass surgery for popliteal arterial aneurysm 27 years ago in an outside institution. Moreover, the patient had undergone femoro-profundal PTFE bypass grafting for a ruptured false aneurysm of the proximal anastomosis of a femoro-popliteal bypass that had been performed 21 years ago in an outside hospital.
