The patient was a 59-year-old male. The patient weighed 90 kg and measured 185 cm. In December 2010, the patient appeared to clinic with symptoms of pain, cyanosis, and edema of the left lower extremity, which disturbed the patient for 12 days. Two weeks prior, the patient had trauma of the left lower extremity. Clinical diagnostics showed edema of the left lower extremity, cyanosis of the left lower extremity, and positive symptoms of Moses and Homans of the left lower extremity.
