Unprotected LM stenting
Nice case. This is exactly the approach we need to take with LM stenting. I use syntax score data and discussion with the patient to present an evidenced based approach to the decision making process with LM cases. We do not need to wait for amendments in the guidelines but rather look at the individual patient in light of recent objective data. The paradigm has changed.
