What to do with reluctant partners?
I am interested in hearing from others who have issues with their colleagues refusing to do cases or at least doing whatever possible to avoid doing cases. We all have differing confidence in our abilities and we are all asked to do things that might be beyond our comfort zone, but what do you do when your colleague consistently refuses to do stuff that you would do? Do you set guidelines about what cases we all do? Do you force the colleague to do them? Or do you just be the go to guy (or girl) and always stay late and come in on weekends to serve the patients?
