diagnostic challenge
Very challenging case and a great example where not intervening is the correct answer. Often, resisting the temptation do be aggressive is the hardest part of clinical judgement. Although our endovascular techniques are generally well tolerated with low morbidity, it is good to remember that we can cause harm in some situations.
