Gelfoam embolization for AV fistula
I have no experience using gelfoam in this setting. I don't think the case demonstrates the importance of using Gelfoam.

Comments about Gelfoam here?

I would like to use a more permanent agent such as coils, Gelfoam may re-canalize and the patient may represent with hypertension or hematuria.
