Surgical or Endovascular management
It was a nicely managed case but I have some questions to you. The first image of aorta and iliac arteries are too small to see clearly but it seems to me that only by using this angiography is not enough to say that there's a bilateral iliac artery aneurysm. Was it a CT finding? If so, what was the diameter of these aneurysm? Have you measured the ankle/brachial index pre- and post- procedure to follow this patient?
If hypertension was the only comorbidity, why have you chosen to treat such a large (6cm) pseudo-aneurysm by endovascular technique and not by open surgery?
Congratulations.
