Steering Committee

The Steering Committee is comprised of physician representatives, one from each partner, who are, as a group, collectively responsible for the clinical, editorial, and operating policies, procedures, and related matters concerning the clinical governance of the EndoVascular/Cardiovascular Forum, Inc and the medical stewardship affecting the 11,000 member community as a whole.

The charter, role, and purpose of the steering committee is as follows:
  • Guide the development and promote the adoption of EVF and CVF as the enabling, clinical, web 3.0 (interactive and semantic) framework for the furtherance of innovative, cutting-edge, and often times controversial approaches to clinical advancement in interventional radiology, interventional cardiology, vascular surgery, cardiovascular surgery, electrophysiology, and vascular medicine

  • Align the clinical, operating, information technology, data density and editorial strategies with overall mission statement

  • Facilitate the achievement of optimal partnership and community membership value delivery

  • Enhance understanding and fulfillment of the value of clinical, membership, and partnership interaction through recreating the clinical experience virtually

  • Promote discovery, learning, collaboration, and sharing of clinical experiences through leading Internet and related technologies

  • Recommend and select through majority consent new EVF | CVF partners

  • Fuse the EVF | CVF and partner clinical strategies, goals, and resources

  • Encourage collaborative work environments that foster trust via mutual credibility and responsiveness

  • Coordinate and review priorities between EVF | CVF, partners, and members
