Ms. Burdick comes to EVF with more than 20 years of healthcare experience in hospital and information technology sectors with extensive expertise in product development, product life cycle management, and partner management. Most recently, Ms. Burdick served as Marketing Manager for the Urology business unit of NorthPoint Domain, Inc., a market leader in providing Web-based technologies and “Informed Care” solutions for medical specialty practices. Ms. Burdick spent six years at WebMD where she served as Senior Product Manager leading development teams for both Professional and Consumer Portals within the Internet Division. Ms. Burdick managed numerous interactive, Web-based applications for physician and consumer audiences, served as partner manager for licensed products, and managed product integration for several WebMD acquisitions including The Little Blue Book Companies. Prior to Web MD, Ms. Burdick held various marketing positions at Atlanta Children’s Hospital; she was a Service Line Marketing Manager for three pediatric subspecialties-- craniofacial surgery, neurology, and neurosurgery-- and also served in a planning and business development capacity for hospital strategic initiatives. Ms. Burdick’s hospital experience began as a neurology and oncology social worker for Northwestern Memorial Hospital and Michael Reese Hospital and Medical Center, both in Chicago, IL. Ms. Burdick received an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management; an MA from the University of Chicago’s School of Social Service Administration; and a BA from Indiana University in Bloomington, IN.
